The main squares of the historic center are far just a 15-minute walking distance.

The apartment comprises of:
Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small desk with a chair, and a smart TV. Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen in the living room, equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, orange squeezer and kitchen utensils.
Master bedroom: Double bedroom with a standard double bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe and an armchair.
Bathroom: With a window and equipped with a shower, bidet, and washer/dryer.
Amenities included: WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating, iron and ironing board.
A crib is available for an additional charge of €12.00 per day.

Please note that the property does NOT have any reception service; check-in time must always be arranged directly with the property, and in any case, no earlier than 3:00 PM and no later than 10:00 PM. The check-in is self-mode with a key box, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code we will provide you on the day of arrival.

- complete an online form that you will receive via chat/email five days before your arrival.
- In the form, you must enter the information and documents of all guests and pay the tourist tax.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the price and must be paid by the agreed-upon check-in time; The Municipality of Padua has set a €2.50 tax per person per day for the first five days of stay. Children aged 0-15 and residents of the municipality are exempt.
