The apartment is just five-minute walking distance from Duomo Square and the "Duomo" metro stop from which you can get to the Central Station in about 12 minutes.
The apartment comprises of a single room with:
-living area which comprises of a kitchen equipped with a peninsula table, fridge / freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle.
-Sleeping area which comprises of a double sofa bed, wardrobe, TV and TV cabinet.
-Bathroom equipped with toilet, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine.
Services included: WIFI, heating / air conditioning.
At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.
Please note that the property does NOT have a reception; the check-in time must always be agreed directly with the property, and in any case not before 3:00 pm and not later than 11:00 pm. The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival. To receive this code you will first have to fill out an online form with your data and pay the Tourist Tax.
The tourist tax is not included in the price, and must be paid within the agreed check-in time; The Municipality of Milan has set €6.30 per person per day (for a maximum of 14 days).
