Cozy 50 sq m apartment located on the ground floor of a characteristic Paduan courtyard. Parking is readily available at the end of the street.
The property is located in the San Giuseppe area, within the Savonarola neighborhood, named after the noble Savonarola family, whose heyday was between 1400 and 1550.
The apartment is well connected to the city center and the train station by buses no. 6 and no. 10, departing every 12 minutes; the Via Vicenza stop is just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment comprises:
Entrance/Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils.
Living room: Equipped with a sofa bed, bookcase, and TV.
Double bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, wardrobes, and a TV.
Bathroom: Without a window, it is equipped with a shower, bidet, and washing machine.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (1 split in the hallway), independent heating, iron and ironing board.

San Giuseppe is an area of ​​the Savonarola neighborhood, just outside the 16th-century city walls.
The neighborhood is very popular, and bars and restaurants are within walking distance. A small supermarket and a pharmacy are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the first bus stop for buses No. 6 and No. 10, which connect to the city center and the train station.
Parking is available along Via Agordat.

A crib is available for an additional charge of €12.00 per day.

Please note that the property does NOT have any reception service; check-in time must always be arranged directly with the property, and in any case, no earlier than 3:00 PM and no later than 11:00 PM. The check-in is self-mode with a key box, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code we will provide you on the day of arrival.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the price and must be paid by the agreed-upon check-in time; The Municipality of Padua has set a €2.50 tax per person per day for the first five days of stay. Children aged 0-15 and residents of the municipality are exempt.
